Currently most of our courses are located at the London School of Osteopathy, which is only 5-10 minute walk from Tower Bridge with easy access to local transport and services. TAPING FOR MUSCULO-SKELETAL THERAPISTS
COMPLETE TAPING WORKSHOP USING THREE METHODS OF TAPING – SPORTS, KINESIOLOGY & ACTIVETAPE

This course can be either attended as a day and a half course covering all aspects of taping
OR
For those who already have experience with using sports rigid tape and k-tape you can attend just the second half day that covers the use of Active Tape.
Course covers all the key techniques for all clinical and sports practitioners. You will leave this workshop training program 100% equipped to deal with any type of injury/pain presentation both at the clinic and sports club level.
This course is one of the most comprehensive taping courses anywhere, covering the use of three different taping styles.
Plus a free tape at the end of the course.

Plantar Fasciitis
Muscle Strains
Joint Sprains
Low Back Pain (Fixing and Unloading)
Rotator Cuff injuries

Examination, Testing and Rehabilitation of the Shoulder
Saturday 12th September 2020

This one day course will be looking at the biomechanics, examination, special testing and the rehabilitation of the Shoulder
This course is ideal for any therapist who wishes to learn more about this commonly injured area, especially in sports
The rehabilitation component will led by Tim Allardyce Consultant Physiotherapist & Registered Osteopath and owner of Rehab My Patient. Tim works closely with a variety of GB athletes & has attended several Commonwealth & Olympic Games as a therapist. Morning session will be led by Danny Church and Ben Calvert-Painter both are Registered Osteopaths and lecture on both under and post graduate courses and work with elite athletes

Cupping for Musculo-Skeletal Therapists
Saturday 6th June 2020

This course explores the fundamental concepts and techniques for cupping therapy for manual therapists. The course will touch on the original Eastern concepts of cupping but will focus more on a Western approach to cupping within the clinic environment.
Students will develop theoretical knowledge & practical skill on the cupping. You will learn & practice different cupping skills using plastic and glass cups.
We will discuss which problems cupping can help with and contra-indications to treatment.
At the end of the course you will be able to:
Apply cupping correctly and safely
· Identify what conditions cupping therapy can help with
· Which cupping method should be used on different problems
· Learn the benefits and side-effects of cupping
Cupping Set comes with the course to use & to keep, so you can go straight into clinic & practice the following day.
