This program is aimed at recent graduates who have qualified in the last five years and osteopaths that are returning to the profession after a period away from practice.
The aim of the course is to help support and guide new osteopaths in developing their practices and addressing any issues that they may have with professional life as an osteopath.
The contact days will be spread over one year with a day and a half contact time every two months.
Day one of each contact weekend will address elements of the latest OPS and how to develop best practice, it will also help you fulfil the CPD requirements set by the General Osteopathic Council.
This will include guest lecturers presenting on the courses including Gilly Woodhouse, Tim Allardyce and more.
The second day will be tailored to your individual needs and will include case history discussions, presentations and practical demonstrations, as well as managing patients expectations and problem solving. To accompany the course there will be a closed forum for the participants to discuss any issues they have in their practice with colleagues and lecturers . In addition to this anyone on the mentor course will be eligible for 50 % discount on two other courses that CPD today host.
